Calm May Morning

It's definitely a Pure Michigan morning on the Lake Huron shore today. A low bass thundering sound greeted me when I walked outside. Two ATBs (articulated tug barges) are slowly chugging north and the thundering sound of their diesel engines reverberates across the calm seas.

The sun is clearing the clouds away. Several fishing boats are out beyond White Rock Shoal. It should be a great spring day in Michigan.
