Max smiles before he gets creative with his star bowl. He also did a bird and a wizard, painted to look like Dumbledore of the Harry Potter stories.
Finn is ready to do a star plate. He also did a tiny turtle dog tag and a football bank.
We did seven pieces in all. Now those pieces will be fired in a kiln and come back to us looking all shiny and new.
What a great memory you're making for your grandsons! When we were kids, we would spend one week a summer with our Grandma in Harbor Beach. One of the things she did with us was to take us up to the local ceramic shop and we would get to paint something -- a little box with a lid, a bowl, etc. When it was time for us to leave at the end of the week, we would have a lovely reminder to take home with us of the fun time we had with Grandma. --- Lori L.
