Saturated Skies
The sun was at just the right angle as I drove across Huron County last night. Rainstorms crossing the Thumb brought dark skies and the light caught the turbines and made them glow like elegant marble columns.
These are spring skies, the product of weather patterns that also bring wind to the turbines. I really saturated the settings to distort the color. The camera compresses the giant machines, too, so they seem close together. Cameras can see differently than people, as this photo shows.
