Enough of winter. Here's a door set in an old stone foundation. I love the way the shadows of leaves fall against the door. And there's green grass (yes, summer will come) to admire.
This view was taken last summer in Port Sanilac. I believe that this is the rear wall of the Masonic Temple. The apparatus in the upper left is the bottom of a counterweighted fire escape.
When we eat breakfast at Mary's Diner, we park in the village lot, right next to this wonderful old building.
