Pipe Dreams Tour 2012
It's a big day. We are headed to London for a tour with American Public Media and the Pipe Dreams people. We will be visiting churches and cathedrals and concert halls with the express purpose of listening to pipe organs. Lots of pipe organs.
Ed and I fly out of Detroit Metro late today (redeye flight) and will be in London Town tomorrow morning. We both have been to Great Britain several times so this is a return for us. The pipe organs? Well, they are a new twist to our travels in Britain.
So, stay tuned for some blog posts from England. Today -- travel. Tomorrow -- settle in. Starting Thursday -- stained glass, fugues and keyboards, with a little bit of Heathrow Airport, Cadbury chocolate, the London Eye, and some other goodies thrown in for good measure.
